Annual Report Released: Our Achievements for 2020

Many thanks to our supportive Community Partners who make our Engaging Young Leaders on Aged Care and Community Boards (EYLACCB) program a reality, we are proud to share the program’s achievements for this year in our latest 2020 Annual Report.

We acknowledge that the success of EYLACCB 2020 is due to the commitment and contribution from our Community Partners and supporters. This has been a fruitful year despite challenges due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  We were able to adapt to online course delivery for the second half of our Emerging Leaders in Governance Program (ELGP) and hold an online Unconvention 

We are delighted to share we have achieved the following: 

  • 18 ELGP 2020 graduates
  • 4 new Community Partners
  • 160 ELGP scholarships offered since 2013
  • 153 ELGP graduates since 2013
  • 111 Board Director Positions taken up by ELGP graduates within aged care, health, mental health, disability, drug and alcohol, education, training and peak body groups
  • 39 ELGP graduates secured Board Traineeship positions
  • 21 ELGP graduates secured Committee positions
