Congratulations to the ELGP 2024 Graduates!

On 15th May, we congratulated the ELGP 2024 cohort at their Graduation ceremony!
Participants shared their reflections of the program including learning about governance, the personal leadership retreat, learning about the NFP sector as well as sharing their heartful gratitude to their Community Partners and facilitators.
Both program facilitators, Alicia Curtis and Grace Mugabe commented on what a special night it was, and recognised the participants on their commitment over the last four months. The confidence and sense of connectedness shown by participants is a testament to the support they have shown each other.
Our emerging leaders have worked very hard to further their governance knowledge through research projects, developed their understanding of the not-for-profit sector, as well as deepening their self awareness.
This video shares their insights on what their biggest takeaways from the program:
Well done to all participants!
Your dedication, expertise and passion for the community sector is truly inspiring. We know you will make exceptional board directors.
Thank you too to our wonderful Community Partners who made the program possible, including Louise Johnstone Forster (she/her), CEO, Advocare, who made the Community Partner address and all the Community Partners and guests who attended.
