Big congratulations to this years Individual Difference Makers Diversity Award Winner, Maria Davison, announced at the 2024 State of the Nation.

Maria has been an incredible supporter, contributor, and advocate for the Engaging Young Leaders Program for a number of years. She’s a real thought leader on the topic of good governance and why diversity is important.

  1. Attending ELGP breakfasts launches, graduation ceremonies, networking events, Unconventions ……….come rain, hail or sweltering summer heat
  2. Committing financial and in-kind support as a Community Partner, of the organisation she leads as the CEO of Melville Cares
  3. Mentoring ELGP participants
  4. Being a thought leader on the topics of good governance and why diversity is important
  5. Has hosted a number of networking events
  6. Encourages other members of Melville Cares to become mentors of the ELGP program

These are but a few examples of the various factors that make Maria a Difference Maker!
