Difference Makers Diversity Award Winner – Wanslea

Big congratulations to this years Organisation Difference Makers Diversity Award Winner, Wanslea, announced at the 2024 State of the Nation.

Wanslea, Difference Makers

Wanslea has been a Community Partner of the Engaging Young Leaders program for many years now. They have been a strong advocate and supporter of diversity not only in the boardroom but across their organisation.

Wanslea’s board reflects what they champion by diversifying their board and also the way in which their board considered the voices of a diverse range of people while making decisions. This has not been a tick box approach but done with a deep commitment and understanding of the benefits of diversity and inclusion.

As part of the Engaging Young Leaders program, they have always supported our emerging leaders through providing board observations and mentors, being involved in workshop panels and attending Unconventions and ELGP events.
