Leading for Changes starts the conversation about improvement the representation of cultural diversity within Australian leadership.  It provides guidance for how organisations can nurture leadership that is fit for our multicultural society and our global economy.

OMI Publication – Diversifying boards – Your cultural advantage

This guide includes information about boards and what being a board member involves.  It also includes case studies of people from a wide range of backgrounds who have become members of different types of boards. Some were born in Australia of migrant parents.  Most came to Australia as migrants.  They represent countries and cultures form across the world.
