ELGP 2022 Spring Project – LGBTQIA+ Women On Boards

We are very proud of our ELGP 2022 Spring graduates who have developed an exceptional project about LGBTQIA+ women on boards. This project highlights and profiles Christina Mathews as a successful LGBTQIA+ Board member.

Representation of people from the LGBTQIA+ community is crucial on community Boards, ensuring that the Board has insights and understanding of the issues and challenges, are there to help address. As with any lived experience, LGBTQIA+ representation on a Board is not only the fair and equitable thing to do, but it can also bring and cultivate a wealth of knowledge, experience, networks, and influence.

This project is divided into three sections: A board director profile, research, and a conclusion.
