2021 ELGP Retreat at Anapana Ridge
This year’s retreat we spent our weekend at the Anapana Ridge with our 2021 ELGP cohort. It was a great opportunity for the young leaders to get to know each other and reflect on their personal and leadership self-awareness.
Several engaging activities were held during the retreat, which we were enthralled by the strong commitment of our participants when taking part in the various activities. They showed a high level of strategy and planning skills, and were energetic and engaging, and receptive to advice and feedback. It was great to see them challenge themselves to the next level.
Development of friendships among the young leaders supported the forming of the project teams. The project teams came together to establish their ELGP 2021 project scope, roles, and deadlines.
We are lucky to have these inspiring young leaders onboard with us this year, and we certainly look forward to seeing their growth throughout their ELGP journey.
